This condo was so incredibly clean, such a wonderful location, and the indoor pool/arcade made the trip just that much more perfect for our toddler! The staff was so friendly and made us feel right at home! The host was friendly, kind, responsive, and really helpful with ideas to do around the area! We can’t wait to vacation here again soon!!!

Stephen’s condo was amazing and well worth the price. Although our stay was in the off-season, the beach is just a few steps away. The condo was the perfect size and very well maintained. He was very friendly, responsive, and flexible. We had zero complaints or issues. Although it’s a little ways from the inlet it is just perfect. Not too big of a crowd and quiet. I highly recommend Stephen’s condo!

Perfect weekend get away spot. Pool was perfect for our two energetic boys. Great location. Clean with nice finishes. Beats the heck out of a hotel. We Will be back.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing place! The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The beach is just a short walk away, and having all the beach essentials available made our trip so easy. We all had a blast and are looking forward to coming back!

I felt right at home, I went to ocean with my uncles for cruise week but after my stay this weekend I realized that this is the place for my family to come to and vacation with me when I come to OC because the home made me feel so comfortable. It made me miss my family and wanted them there with me! The beach was a 2 minutes walk and the whole layout of the home was so beautiful! Thanks again Stephen

Awesome condo!! Description is dead on. Couldn’t be more happy with our stay there this weekend. Owner is a great host. Allowed us an early check in without hesitation so we weren’t sitting around for hours. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

I booked Steve’s condo for my bachelorette. We attended the Ocean’s Calling Festival on Saturday and this condo was amazing to come home to after a long day at the festival. It was about a 20-30 minute Uber.
Steve is super responsive, the check-in was a piece of cake, and there was plenty of parking, as well as a beach view from the balcony. Lots of restaurants near by. We loved the convenience of Alexa and the speakers.
There were 6 of us total and the 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom situation was so nice. Very modern. We brought a lot of basic necessities that we thought wouldn’t be included due to the listing but it was actually pretty well stocked in terms of dish and hand soap, etc. We paid a reasonable price for the linen service and towel service and it was worth not having to bring our own.
My friends and family said the beds were comfortable and we admired all the photography taken by Steve himself! Great shower pressure in the main bedroom.

Stephen's place was perfect! Great proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants on the family friendly northern end of OC. This was our first ever trip to OC and Stephen went out his way to message with excellent recommendations for the whole family. Highly recommend this home and Hosts! You will not be disappointed!!
We look forward to staying here again.
